Returns and Refunds Policy

At Mind Kind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for a different item.

Returning an Item

• Contact us via email at info@mind-kind.uk to request a return authorisation number.
• Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging and tags included.
• Ship the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different one, please let us know in your return request. We'll provide a store credit for the full amount of your original purchase, which you can use to order a new item.

Note: Personalised or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
