About
Evidence-based wellbeing. Inspired by two unforgettable cats.
Mind Kind creates beautifully designed wellbeing tools that make psychology easier to practise.
The inspiration?
Two cats who figured it out before we did.
Alan and Cookie never read a self-help book. They didn't optimise their mornings. They didn't track habits. They simply knew how to rest without guilt, find joy in ordinary moments and protect their peace.
Watching them made me realise something.
Somewhere along the way, self-care had started to feel like pressure.
Mind Kind was created to change that.
We combine psychology, behavioural science and thoughtful design to create gentle reminders that fit into real life—not another routine to perfect.
Because wellbeing can be kinder.
Life According to Alan & Cookie

Our Mission (According to the Cats)
Because Alan was right about the blanket. Because Cookie was right about the cake. Because rest isn't lazy and joy doesn't need to be earned.
So we made journals to write in, stickers to stick everywhere, and bookmarks to mark the good bits — little tools for big feelings
Feel better. Start small.
Just a little peek inside…
Meet the Founder
I'm Danijela, a psychology researcher, wellbeing coach and founder of Mind Kind.
After years of helping people, I noticed that self-care was starting to feel more like pressure than support.
So I created Mind Kind to change that.
Alan says the answer is usually a blanket. I added a little psychology too.
Made by someone who really needed it too.
